Our Skills clinics are open to all current HVA club team members as well as non-HVA players age 12-18 seeking to brush up on skills. These sessions are great preparations for upcoming Elementary, Middle, High School, and/or club season. Those who are interest in our club find these clinics are a great way to meet and evaluate our coaches, our processes and our training while getting reps. Past attendees have shown an accelerated progress over time as a result of the HVA Skills Clinic leg by our highly experienced and sought after coaches.

BELLAIRE TUESDAY SKILL SPECIFIC CLINICS:
Our First Contact and Serving Clinics are designed to build strong technical foundations through focused, high-repetition training. The First Contact clinic emphasizes serve receive, passing platform control, and defensive positioning so athletes can confidently control the first touch and start rallies with purpose. The Serving clinic focuses on mechanics, consistency, and intent, helping players develop reliable, aggressive serves that translate directly into match play.
Both clinics provide detailed instruction, clear progressions, and individualized feedback in a structured, athlete-centered environment. They are ideal for players who want to strengthen core fundamentals, build confidence, and develop game-ready skills that carry over into team training and competition.
